Nefyn & District Golf Club, located in Lon Golff, Morfa Nefyn, Pwllheli, is a members club that boasts a stunning parkland course with 27 holes. The Front Nine of the Championship Course provides an exhilarating start, with a gentle downhill par 4 leading you towards the picturesque Irish Sea. As you navigate the rugged coastline, accuracy becomes paramount, as any errant shots might find their way into the sea. The prevailing westerly wind adds to the challenge, especially on the par 5 4th hole. Heading back towards the clubhouse, two tricky par 4s await before concluding the front nine with the uphill par 3 9th, a demanding hole to par.

The Back Nine of the Championship Course takes you through the inland section of the course. Beginning with a relatively easy uphill par 4, you'll encounter wide fairways and open greens. Although forgiving in terms of width, the fairways are guarded by bunkers and gorse bushes, eager to claim any wayward shots. The "Point," also known as the "old front nine," offers a remarkable golfing experience along a narrow peninsula leading to Porthdinllaen. With narrow fairways, elevated tees, and greens, combined with the prevailing westerly winds, this stretch is reminiscent of Ireland's "Old Head of Kinsale" and demands both skill and nerve from golfers.

Nefyn & District Golf Club caters to golfers of varying skill levels with its three courses: the Red course, consisting of 9 holes with a par of 70 and a length of 6732 yards (from the White tees); the Blue course, featuring 9 holes with a par of 66 and a length of 5016 yards; and the Yellow course, offering 9 holes with a par of 70 and a length of 3328 yards.
