Welcome to Cambuslang Golf Club, a members club located at 30 Westburn Drive in the beautiful town of Cambuslang, just south east of Glasgow. Founded in 1892, our club has a long and proud history of golf in Scotland, and we are delighted to offer our members and guests a fantastic golfing experience.
Our parkland course is set in gently rolling, tree-lined surroundings, with the River Clyde flowing close by the northern boundary of the club. Our 9-hole course, which measures 5942 yards from the white tees, has a par of 70 and provides a challenging test for golfers of all abilities.
We are proud to have not one, but two ex-Scottish champions amongst our members. Our late President John S. Montgomerie won at Royal Aberdeen in 1957, and Craig Everett won at Gullane in 1990. Their success is a testament to the quality of our course and the standard of our members.
The opening of the new extension of the M74 motorway has brought the club within easy access of Glasgow and surrounding areas, with just a 15-minute drive from the City Centre. Exiting at junction 2A Southbound, you'll find our club nestled in a picturesque location, perfect for a relaxing game of golf.
After a round of golf, why not relax and unwind in our clubhouse, where you'll find a welcoming bar and restaurant. Our clubhouse provides the perfect setting to socialize with fellow golfers, enjoy a delicious meal and reflect on a great day's golf.
In conclusion, Cambuslang Golf Club is a must-visit destination for golfers looking for a challenging round of golf in a beautiful setting. With a rich history and welcoming members, we guarantee you'll have a memorable experience at our club.
